Mackenzie joined our team at the Hanover Veterinary Hospital and the Walkerton-Hanover Veterinary Clinic at the end of the summer in 2020. She graduated from Veterinary Office at University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus in 2020. Then completed her Approved Veterinary Assistant Exam. She started at Newry Veterinary Services as a co-op student which led to a part time position. After about 2 years she caught up with an old coworker and found herself relocating to us. She currently assists with both small and large animals. While also helping farmers out with on farm dehorning for young calves. Mackenzie lives on a beef farm outside of Belmore and enjoys horseback riding and farming.
