Jacky was born and raised in Uxbridge, Ontario and received her undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University where she played varsity hockey and varsity soccer. She then headed out west for a Master’s degree from the University of Alberta researching elk parasites and migration in the Rocky Mountains. Dr. Normandeau enjoys routine and emergency medicine for all species, especially dairy herd health, equine dental floats, and small animal surgery. She graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2024 and will be serving both large and small animal clients. In her spare time she enjoys any outdoor activity, especially camping, canoeing, and mountain biking.
